NRAO staff have been made aware of a bug in the Proposal Submission Tool (PST) affecting VLBA proposals that request PFB mode observations in the Resources section.  The PST will not validate PFB proposals if any other warnings or errors are present.  Proposers who wish to use the PFB mode should attempt to address any other warnings or errors first, and the PFB error may disappear.

If proposers are unable to clear the PFB error, they may use the DDC mode in the Resources section, and explain that they intend to use PFB in the Technical Justification.
